You will be responsible for executing promotional activities, managing point-of-sale displays, and building strong relationships with both customers and retail partners. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute promotional campaigns and activities as assigned. * Engage with customers at point-of-sale locations to inform and persuade. * Maintain and enhance product visibility through effective merchandising. * Build and nurture relationships with retail partners and key accounts. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. * Assist with general store support and administrative tasks related to promotions. **Requirements** * Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in a similar sales promotion or retail support role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups. * Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
