About the Role
The Staff Gudang plays a fundamental role in the warehouse environment. This position involves direct involvement in the physical handling and management of stock, ensuring that all procedures align with company standards and safety protocols. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and materials.
- Storing, organizing, and retrieving inventory items efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of goods for shipment or dispatch.
- Performing routine warehouse maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
- Collaborating with other warehouse staff and logistics teams.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: SMK/S1/D3 in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably within a similar operational environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including stock control and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in using basic inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks associated with warehouse work.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
