About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction within our exclusive butler service. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the butler team to guarantee every guest interaction is exceptional, reflecting the sophistication and prestige of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee butler operations to maintain seamless guest journeys across Paiza and Paiza Royal Collection.
• Ensure all guest requests and preferences are anticipated and fulfilled with precision and discretion.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, etiquette, and service delivery at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance their overall experience.
