BSS Expansion and Warehouse Sr. Associate

Electrum is seekinga seasoned BSS Expansion and Warehouse Sr. Associate to drive the growth and operational efficiency of our battery swapping station network. This pivotal role involves ensuring the seamless installation and deployment of new battery swapping stations, managing complex expansion timelines, and coordinating the timely replenishment of critical materials. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the operational readiness and performance of our existing infrastructure while scaling our BSS footprint.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of BSS expansion projects, from initial planning through final deployment. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all installations meet stringent quality and safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing warehouse operations to support the increasing demands of our expanding BSS network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of BSS installation and deployment projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage expansion project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely replenishment of spare parts, equipment, and materials required for BSS operations and warehouse functions.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to support BSS expansion and daily operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify operational readiness, safety compliance, and performance metrics of BSS stations and warehouse facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer support, to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations, with significant exposure to project management in a similar industrial or infrastructure setting.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
