About the Role
You will serve as the primary technical resource for external clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Absorb platform. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting complex issues, providing clear guidance, and maintaining high standards of client support. This position offers a chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic company experiencing substantial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and best-in-class assistance to external clients using the Absorb platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve platform functionality.
- Document support interactions and resolutions thoroughly for knowledge base development.
- Proactively identify and report recurring issues to contribute to platform enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience providing technical support to external clients, preferably within a SaaS or software environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software platforms, troubleshooting methodologies, and technical documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
