About the Role

The Key Account Manager Surabaya will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key customers within the Surabaya region. This involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and product solutions that align with EssilorLuxottica's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key accounts in Surabaya.
• Understand customer business objectives and translate them into effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely resolution of issues, and consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support account needs and drive mutual success.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights on account health and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a key account management or sales role, preferably within the eyewear, optics, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of the local Surabaya market and its key customer segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
