Admin Gerai

PT Sarana Yogya Ventura is currently seeking a dedicated Admin Gerai to join our team in Yogyakarta. About the Role

The Admin Gerai will play a crucial role in supporting the daily functions of our retail outlet. This position involves managing front-of-house operations, handling customer inquiries and transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and performing essential administrative duties to ensure the store runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries at the retail counter.
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing store supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
• Support the store manager with daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (S1) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar administrative or retail support role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
