**About the Role**
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage key client relationships within the dynamic Asian market. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their support needs are met effectively and fostering long-term partnerships. Your strategic approach will be crucial in aligning our support services with client objectives and driving mutual success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients across the Asian region.
* Proactively manage client expectations and ensure all support deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and SLAs.
* Collaborate closely with internal support teams, product development, and customer success to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
* Analyze client feedback and support data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential upsell/cross-sell scenarios.
* Represent the client perspective internally, advocating for their needs and contributing to product and service enhancements.
* Contribute to the development and execution of account-specific growth strategies.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in a B2B account management, client success, or customer support role, preferably within the technology sector.
* Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Understanding of the Asian market landscape and business environment is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.
