The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with local authorities when necessary and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and hotel policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor surveillance systems and physical security measures continuously. * Conduct regular patrols of the hotel grounds, public areas, and guest rooms. * Investigate any security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities thoroughly. * Document all incidents meticulously, including reports and evidence collection. * Lead and train security team members on best practices and emergency procedures. * Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to enhance security protocols. * Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, medical, or security threats. **Requirements** * Proven experience in security management or a related field, preferably within hospitality. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a security team. * Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. * Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and emergency response procedures. * Effective communication skills for reporting and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. * Physical ability to perform duties requiring mobility and occasional lifting.
