About the Role

As a Courier (Class 3 or 3A License Required) within our Singapore operations, you will be a key member of our delivery team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of packages and documents using a company vehicle. You will operate within designated routes, adhering strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and delivery schedules. This position demands a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles (Class 3 or 3A license required) to transport packages and documents between various locations, including distribution centers, customer premises, and other designated points.
• Load and unload packages onto and from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security of all items.
• Follow established delivery routes efficiently, adhering to time schedules and route plans.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including proof of delivery where required.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driver's license.
• Have a clean driving record and meet FedEx's vehicle operation standards.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 35 kg (77 lbs) regularly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of local geography and navigation skills.
