Tap Growth AI is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, East Java. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Southeast Asia through innovative digital lending solutions. As a key member of our financial services platform, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing critical relationships with our valued SME clients.

About the Role

The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with SME clients. This involves understanding their unique financing needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey with our platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to client retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential SME clients to build relationships and understand their financing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing SME clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to SME clients regarding our lending products and services, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of client relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs within our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services, digital lending, or SME financing sector.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business needs and financial situations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business applications.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the SME landscape and the challenges faced by small businesses in accessing financing.
