About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that power Visa's global payment network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing software applications, preferably in a financial services or high-performance environment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
