About the Role
The core responsibility involves designing, developing, and teaching comprehensive curriculum content for relevant Diploma and Specialist Diploma programmes. This includes creating engaging learning materials, delivering effective lectures and practical sessions, and ensuring the programmes meet industry standards and educational objectives. The role requires a commitment to fostering student development and maintaining academic excellence within the School of Business Management.Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Diploma and Specialist Diploma programmes in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
- Creating and updating curriculum materials, learning resources, and assessment tools aligned with programme outcomes and industry needs.
- Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and other appropriate methods.
- Participating in programme development activities, including curriculum reviews and accreditation processes.
- Engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and professional development to enhance teaching practices.
- Providing academic guidance and support to students as required.
Requirements
- A Master's degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, or a closely related field.
- Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably within a polytechnic or university setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective curriculum for diploma-level programmes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Knowledge of current trends and practices in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
