About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for Diploma and Specialist Diploma programmes in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• Creating and updating curriculum materials, learning resources, and assessment tools aligned with programme outcomes and industry needs.
• Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and other appropriate methods.
• Participating in programme development activities, including curriculum reviews and accreditation processes.
• Engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and professional development to enhance teaching practices.
• Providing academic guidance and support to students as required.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, or a closely related field.
• Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level, preferably within a polytechnic or university setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective curriculum for diploma-level programmes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
• Knowledge of current trends and practices in Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
