About the Role

You will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support across key accounts. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of client needs within the asset management industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, setting performance goals and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing relationships and addressing complex inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues and improve service standards.
  • Analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to Eastspring's service standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within client services, preferably within the financial services or asset management sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of client service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in the financial services industry.
