Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain open communication channels to address issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information within the company's systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the aviation or logistics sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier proposals and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all procurement activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
