About the Role

The TSO Sulawesi will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to technical support requests and incidents via various communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups to prevent future problems.
• Document all support activities, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates with up-to-date technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse users.
