We are seeking a Process Engineering II (MFG) to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, contributing to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes critical to our products. About the Role

This position is pivotal in supporting the manufacturing process development and improvement initiatives. You will work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality production of semiconductor components. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to deliver innovative solutions to its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process characterization and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with process engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities related to process development.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a similar role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to analyze process data and identify root causes of variability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of process control systems and statistical process control (SPC).
