Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security personnel across the assigned region.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and IT teams to integrate security measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
• Manage budgets and resources for security operations.
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive security experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in managing security teams and overseeing multi‑site operations.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
