BUILDING TECHNICIAN

This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will be responsible for the upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform regular maintenance and inspections on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in building equipment and systems. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. * Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used. * Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments as needed. **Requirements** * Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Building Technician or in a similar maintenance role. * Strong practical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. * Familiarity with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta if required.
