Swimming Coach

PT Playfield Pratama Jakartais seeking a dedicated Swimming Coach to join our team in Banten. This role involves developing and implementing effective swimming programs for participants of varying skill levels, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for swimming instruction and a commitment to fostering aquatic skills and water safety awareness.

About the Role

The Swimming Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging swimming lessons, assessing participant progress, and maintaining accurate records. They will also ensure all pool operations comply with safety regulations and provide guidance to support the overall goals of the aquatic program.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct swimming lessons for individuals or groups, adapting instruction to different skill levels.
• Instruct participants on proper swimming techniques, water safety protocols, and pool etiquette.
• Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their abilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe swimming environment at all times.
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks and ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Swimming Coach or similar role, preferably within a recreational or educational setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with participants and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the program schedule.
