SUPERVISOR SUPPORT WFM DAN RTFM

PT Mitracomm Ekasarana is currently seeking a qualified Supervisor Support WFM DAN RTFM to join our team based in Banten. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our workforce management systems and maintenance processes. The Supervisor Support WFM DAN RTFM will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical and operational support functions. **About the Role** The successful candidate will provide essential support to supervisors responsible for Workforce Management (WFM) and Return to Full Maintenance (RTFM) activities. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex technical and operational challenges while maintaining strong communication channels with both internal teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage support activities related to WFM system operations and RTFM processes. * Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for WFM and RTFM systems and related tools. * Ensure adherence to established procedures and standards for WFM and RTFM support. * Facilitate communication between technical teams, supervisors, and other departments. * Assist in the preparation and execution of system updates, maintenance schedules, and process improvements. * Document support activities, resolutions, and process changes accurately and timely. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar support or supervisory role, preferably within WFM or RTFM environments. * Proven experience with WFM systems, RTFM processes, and related technical support. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. * Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
