About the Role

The Operator Produksi is essential for the daily functionality of our production line. You will operate and monitor machinery and equipment critical to our manufacturing processes. Your primary objective is to support the production team in achieving operational targets, adhering strictly to established safety protocols and quality standards. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Monitor production processes and report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of production schedules to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance operational skills and knowledge of production systems.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent in a relevant field such as Industrial Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Operator Produksi or in a similar production role, preferably within manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Basic understanding of production machinery, tools, and processes relevant to the industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting, often requiring shift work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and willingness to undergo safety training.
