About the Role

The F&B Service position involves providing outstanding customer service to guests in our dining outlets. You will be responsible for taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring all interactions adhere to our high standards of professionalism and cleanliness. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring correct items and special requests are fulfilled.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
• Present menus clearly, answer guest inquiries knowledgeably, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards and are served at the correct temperature and presentation.
• Process payments efficiently and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the F&B area.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or individuals possessing a relevant educational background in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar F&B service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
