Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors promptly and warmly, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding services, facilities, and company information.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-facing areas meet established standards.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
