PTIntanaka Produksi is seeking a dedicated and reliable courier to join our team based in Bekasi, West Java. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

About the Role

The courier position involves operating a company vehicle to transport goods between our facilities and various destinations. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to navigate local routes efficiently. The courier will be the primary point of contact for delivery-related inquiries and will need to handle any unforeseen challenges that arise during the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently using company vehicles to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, including time of arrival and any issues encountered.
• Provide clear and courteous communication with customers regarding delivery status and any necessary instructions.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license (Class C or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg regularly.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in the Bekasi area.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
