Team Leader Beauty Advisor (BA)

PT Good SaleTech is seeking a dedicated Team Leader Beauty Advisor (BA) to join our team in Jakarta. This role offers a competitive salary range of 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 IDR per month. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service within our beauty retail environment.

About the Role

The Team Leader Beauty Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty advisory team. This includes setting performance targets, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring all team members deliver high-quality, personalized customer experiences. The role requires a strong focus on team motivation, product knowledge, and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Beauty Advisors, providing daily guidance and support.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress against targets.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company standards for customer service and product presentation.
• Identify training needs and implement development plans for the team.
• Collaborate with store management to optimize team scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar sales leadership role, preferably within retail beauty.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Deep understanding of beauty products, trends, and customer preferences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Relevant educational background in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
