Intern, Business Development - Singapore Klook is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Business Development team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic travel industry, specifically focusing on expanding our portfolio in key sectors. You will play a crucial part in supporting the growth of Klook's offerings by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.

About the Role

You will be instrumental in researching potential business opportunities across the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment sectors. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and prioritizing new business leads to identify promising avenues for product expansion. This involves gathering market intelligence, analyzing competitor landscapes, and assessing the viability of potential partnerships or product integrations. You will also support the onboarding process for new travel products, ensuring a smooth integration into our platform and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads.
• Support the evaluation of new travel products, contributing to the assessment of their suitability for Klook's platform and market fit.
• Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor landscapes to inform business development strategies.
• Contribute to the onboarding process for new travel products, ensuring alignment with Klook's operational standards and requirements.
• Prepare concise reports summarizing research findings and market analysis for internal stakeholders.
• Support team meetings and presentations by providing relevant market data and insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant bachelor's degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics).
• Demonstrated interest in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
