About the Role
As a Produksi Staff (Pembuat Bakso), you will be responsible for the hands-on preparation and production of bakso according to established recipes and quality standards. This involves following precise instructions, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring all production processes adhere to company protocols and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bakso ingredients and mixtures according to specified recipes and quantities.
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on finished bakso products to ensure consistency and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the production shift.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: SMK/S1 in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Prior experience in food production, specifically in bakso or similar food manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Understanding of basic food safety principles and hygiene practices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks associated with food preparation.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
