About the Role

In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting Prudential’s cashless claims process. You will be responsible for accurately processing and verifying claims submitted through cashless channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by facilitating timely and correct claim settlements, reinforcing our reputation for trust and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cashless claims efficiently and accurately, adhering to established timelines and procedures.
• Verify the completeness and validity of claim documentation, including medical reports and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) and external partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics) to resolve claim queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure all claim activities are documented in compliance with audit and compliance standards.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for proactive resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance claims processing, preferably within a cashless or reimbursement environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and identify patterns.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data and transactions.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., claims management systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
