Manager Turbine Support

Constellation Energy seeks a dynamic and dedicated Manager of Turbine Support to lead operations at one of our critical facilities. This pivotal role involves ensuring the reliable performance and maintenance of our turbine systems, directly contributing to our commitment to clean energy generation. About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of turbine support functions. This includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing system performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of turbine support technicians, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for turbine systems and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex operational issues related to turbine performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades, modifications, and process improvements.
• Ensure all activities adhere to stringent safety protocols, environmental standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor system performance metrics and report on key operational indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in turbine operations, maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team in a high-pressure industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of turbine systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant maintenance management systems and tools.
