SPV Cab. Depok & Bogor

DL Slim & Skin Care is currently seeking a dedicated SPV Cab. Depok & Bogor to join our team in Depok, West Java. This role involves managing the operations of our cab service within the Depok and Bogor areas, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services for our clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining the quality and reliability of our cab service, contributing to a positive customer experience.

About the Role

The SPV Cab. Depok & Bogor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cab service, including scheduling, dispatch, and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained. Key duties involve coordinating with drivers, managing bookings, and addressing any service issues promptly to uphold our standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cab operations and scheduling within the Depok and Bogor regions.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of cab usage and service performance.
• Ensure all cab vehicles meet safety and maintenance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or operational role, ideally within transportation or customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Knowledge of local routes in Depok and Bogor is advantageous.
