About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for EssilorLuxottica's products within your assigned key accounts in Surabaya. This involves understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure account needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the optical, eyewear, or related consumer goods industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
