About the Role

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SMK/S1 in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training.
• Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new procedures.
