About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and operational efficiency of academic and professional development programmes. This position involves close collaboration with faculty, administrative staff, and industry partners to manage programme logistics, resources, and timelines effectively. The focus is on enhancing the student and stakeholder experience through meticulous planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the operational aspects of assigned academic and professional development programmes.
  • Manage programme resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between faculty, administrative teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and other programme-related activities.
  • Support the preparation and submission of programme reports and documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance programme delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme management, operations coordination, or a similar role within an educational or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
