About the Role

This position provides essential support to MUFG’s KYC (Know Your Customer) processes within the Jakarta office. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency for our financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the KYC onboarding and ongoing monitoring of client relationships.
• Process and review client documentation to support compliance requirements.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends or potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve KYC procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within designated systems.

Requirements

• Educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a compliance, finance, or administrative support role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
