The Bar Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. * Manage and maintain inventory of all beverages, spirits, wines, and bar supplies, ensuring quality and quantity. * Answer guest inquiries regarding wine origins, vintages, styles, and other beverage-related questions. * Develop and implement beverage menus and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations. * Monitor and control bar costs, including inventory shrinkage and waste reduction. * Foster a collaborative and professional team culture within the bar department. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar supervisory role within the F&B industry. * Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Understanding of inventory management systems and cost control principles. * Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or beverage service are advantageous.
