About the Role

The position involves providing critical financial and accounting support to the Semarang business unit. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and operational processes, contributing directly to the effective management of the bank's activities in Central Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for the Semarang branch and related business units.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of robust accounting controls and procedures.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex accounting queries and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives within the Semarang region.
• Collaborate effectively with other finance teams and business units to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
