About the Role

The successful Country GM will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, performance, and growth of the company's operations within Indonesia. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive business plans aligned with the parent group's objectives, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the company's market position as a leading ICT distributor and technology services provider is strengthened and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan for the Indonesian market.
• Lead and manage the local team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
• Drive market expansion, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate key client relationships to increase market share.
• Manage and optimize the company's distribution network and technology service offerings within Indonesia.
• Collaborate effectively with the parent group's global leadership to align local strategies with broader corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the ICT distribution, technology services, or a related B2B sector, within Indonesia or a similar emerging market.
• Demonstrated track record of strategic planning, business development, and driving profitable growth in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian technology market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
