This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience, security, and operational integrity of our data center environments. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our infrastructure, contributing directly to our mission of delivering reliable and secure data solutions. ### Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for data center operations, including physical security, environmental controls, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities. * Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard critical infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies governing data center operations. * Monitor emerging threats and industry best practices to proactively identify and address potential risks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, facilities) to integrate risk management into operational processes. * Document risk profiles, assessments, and mitigation actions clearly and concisely. ### Requirements * Proven experience in risk management, particularly within the data center, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity sectors. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and operational data. * Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks (e.g., ISO 27005, NIST SP 800-30) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2). * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey risk findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A relevant degree in a field such as Information Security, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
