Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operator Produksi or in a similar production role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, which may include standing for extended periods and handling materials.
