Position Summary

In this role you will lead efforts to enable healthcare staff to adopt automated workflows and GenAI tools safely and at scale. You will act as a bridge between technology developers and end‑users, ensuring that new capabilities are introduced in a controlled, user‑friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and refine automation frameworks that streamline routine clinical tasks.
• Promote citizen‑development programmes that empower staff to create simple solutions without deep technical expertise.
• Guide the responsible deployment of Generative AI applications, focusing on data privacy, bias mitigation and clinical safety.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to build digital competency among healthcare personnel.
• Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback and iteratively improve automation and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology roadmaps with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in digital transformation, automation engineering or AI implementation, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
