TOOL KEEPER

PTSany Makmur Perkasa is seeking a dedicated Tool Keeper to join our team in Jakarta. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and availability of our essential equipment, ensuring smooth operations across our facilities. The Tool Keeper will be responsible for the meticulous management of all tools and machinery, playing a vital part in supporting our production and maintenance activities.

About the Role

The Tool Keeper position involves overseeing the inventory, maintenance, and security of all tools and equipment used within the company. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong focus on organization, precision, and adherence to safety protocols. The successful candidate will ensure tools are properly stored, tracked, and readily available when needed, contributing directly to operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all tools and equipment, including tracking usage, condition, and location.
• Perform regular inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure tools are in optimal working condition.
• Implement and enforce strict security measures to prevent loss, theft, or damage to valuable equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure timely tool availability and address any equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, repairs, and inventory movements.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures when handling and storing tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent knowledge of tool types, uses, and basic maintenance requirements.
