Description

Siloam Hospitals Group isseeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our Outpatient Department in Tangerang, Banten. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of outpatients while contributing to the efficient operation of our clinical services.

About the Role

The Nurse will provide direct nursing care to outpatients, adhering strictly to established clinical protocols and quality standards. This position involves preparing the clinical environment, managing patient flow, and ensuring all services are delivered safely and effectively. The role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions for outpatients under the guidance of physicians and nursing leadership.
  • Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient outpatient service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring, while prioritizing patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting care provided and any relevant observations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and administrative staff, to coordinate comprehensive outpatient care.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Valid and current nursing license (SNIK) in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and current best practices in outpatient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in nursing practice.
