Operator Produksi Barru

PT Jaya Lingga Komindois seeking a dedicated Operator Produksi to join our production team in Barru, South Sulawesi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the high quality standards expected by our customers. The Operator Produksi will play a key part in supporting the production line, contributing to the efficient and reliable output of our products.

About the Role

The Operator Produksi will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of production equipment and machinery within the assigned production area. This involves setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machinery to meet production targets and quality specifications. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Assist in the preparation of production materials and components as required.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the production supervisor immediately.
• Follow all company safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: SMK (Vocational School) or equivalent in a relevant field such as Engineering or Technical Production.
• Proven experience as an Operator Produksi or in a similar production role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Basic understanding of production processes, machinery operation, and quality control principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, which may include standing for extended periods and handling materials.
