Coach Training Associate Manager/Manager (Sparks Sports Academy)

Sparks Sports Academyis seeking a Coach Training Associate Manager/Manager to lead the training and development of coach trainers across programs including sensory, multisport, gym, and child development classes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our coaching staff, thereby enhancing the overall experience for children participating in our programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse coaching team. You will oversee the development of coach trainers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality instruction across all our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training curricula and workshops for coach trainers.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of coach trainers.
• Ensure training programs align with Sparks Sports Academy's standards and educational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of coach trainers.
• Collaborate with program managers to integrate training needs across sensory, multisport, gym, and child development classes.
• Provide mentorship and support to coach trainers to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching, training program development, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Experience working with children or youth development programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design engaging and effective training materials.
• Relevant qualifications in education, sports science, or a related discipline.
