Order Management Specialist

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end order management process. This involves overseeing the flow of orders from receipt through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer journey within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and fulfillment activities to meet customer expectations and internal service level agreements.
• Analyze order data and supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and inventory levels within the company systems.
• Proactively communicate order status and potential delays to relevant stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in order management, supply chain operations, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
