About the Role As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of critical infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities * Design, deploy, and manage storage systems, network infrastructure, and other industry-standard IT tools. * Develop and implement solutions to support business processes and enhance system performance. * Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure team members. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Proactively identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement and cost optimization. Requirements * Proven experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including storage and network systems. * Strong expertise in industry-standard tools and technologies relevant to infrastructure management. * Demonstrated passion for leveraging technology to drive positive change and solve complex business problems. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * A proactive approach to learning and staying current with evolving infrastructure technologies and trends. * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
