Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts (Rail Core Systems) Land Transport Authority Singapore Contract You will be joining a dedicated team responsible for managing the complex contractual aspects of delivering critical land transport infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing public sector procurement and infrastructure development. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, review, and finalization of agreements. * Develop and implement robust contract management processes and standards. * Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and manage risks proactively. * Provide expert advice on contractual obligations and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve complex contractual issues. * Support the preparation of contract-related documentation and reporting. **Requirements** * A bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or public sector procurement domains. * Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. * Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., contract management systems).
