AstraZeneca is seeking a dedicatedDiagnostic Liaison based in Surabaya to support our pharmaceutical sales and marketing initiatives. This contract role focuses on bridging the gap between diagnostic services and our commercial objectives, ensuring alignment with key healthcare trends and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the diagnostic landscape and contribute to strategic partnerships within the East Java region.
About the Role
The Diagnostic Liaison will serve as a critical link between AstraZeneca's commercial team and the diagnostic community. This position involves fostering relationships with key diagnostic centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to enhance market understanding and support the effective launch and adoption of our pharmaceutical products. The role requires a proactive approach to gathering insights and facilitating collaborative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with diagnostic service providers and key opinion leaders in Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Support the commercial team by providing insights into diagnostic trends, unmet needs, and competitor activities relevant to AstraZeneca's portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure diagnostic considerations are integrated into product launch and marketing strategies.
- Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to represent AstraZeneca and build diagnostic partnerships.
- Contribute to the development and execution of diagnostic-focused marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of diagnostic relationships and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related healthcare role, with a focus on diagnostic or medical device sectors being advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and diagnostic centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
- Understanding of key aspects within Diagnostic Liaisons is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
