Business Edge is seeking a Digital Engagement Executive to champion a digital-first culture within our organization. This pivotal role involves driving awareness and understanding of our digitalisation strategies and plans, ensuring all staff are equipped to leverage digital tools effectively. The executive will play a key part in transforming how our business operates by promoting the adoption of innovative digital solutions across all departments.

About the Role

The Digital Engagement Executive will be central to embedding digital transformation principles into the fabric of our company. This involves developing and executing communication plans to articulate the vision and benefits of our digital initiatives, fostering a proactive environment where digital tools are seen as enablers of efficiency and growth. The role requires translating complex digital strategies into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on digital tools and processes.
  • Create and maintain internal communication materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, intranet content) to promote digital awareness and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify digital adoption barriers and co-create solutions.
  • Monitor digital tool usage and provide feedback to improve user experience and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of new digital platforms and ensure staff are proficient in their use.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall digital transformation roadmap and action plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital engagement, change management, or a similar role focused on driving adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant to business operations.
  • Ability to simplify complex digital concepts and translate them into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
